Refund Policy

1. Overview

ShortsFast offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the date of the first payment.
  • The 7-day guarantee applies to the initial subscription period only. Renewal payments are not eligible for a refund.
  • Each account is eligible for one refund. Repeated sign-ups and refund requests may be declined.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@shortsfast.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your ShortsFast account.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. After the Refund Window

After the 7-day refund window has passed, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Method

All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record (our payment processor). Refunds are issued via the original payment method through the payment processor. ShortsFast does not directly handle or store credit card information.
