1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShortsFast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShortsFast is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for automated short-form video generation and publishing. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, create videos, and schedule publishing to YouTube Shorts and TikTok on behalf of users.

3. Subscription and Billing

ShortsFast is a subscription-based service billed on a monthly cycle. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, our payment processor, who acts as the seller of record.

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are listed on our website and may change. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
  • All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@shortsfast.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Create or distribute harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Generate hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or harassing content
  • Create content that violates YouTube or TikTok community guidelines
  • Use the Service for spam or to artificially inflate engagement metrics
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content generated by the Service using your inputs and configurations. You grant ShortsFast a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service itself — including its software, AI models, design, and branding — is owned by ShortsFast and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform to you.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube and TikTok. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

ShortsFast is not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third-party platforms. We are not liable for any consequences arising from changes to third-party APIs, policy changes, or actions taken by these platforms against your account (including channel strikes, suspensions, or bans).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Results from using the Service may vary. We make no guarantees regarding video views, monetization, or revenue outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortsFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
