I started ShortsFast after spending 15+ hours a week running my own faceless channel — writing, voicing, editing, and scheduling by hand. Every tool I tried solved one slice of the problem and made the others harder. Most of them pretended TikTok didn’t exist.
ShortsFast is the integrated pipeline I wanted: one schedule, one set of niches, one place to review and ship, publishing to both platforms. It is deliberately boring software — no credits to count, no series limit at the Pro tier, no half-built integrations masquerading as “coming soon.”

How ShortsFast got here
September 2025
First prototype
The first ShortsFast prototype ran as a single script stitching together a script generator, AI voice, and ffmpeg. It produced one faceless video in 11 minutes. That proof-of-concept is what became the pipeline that ships today.
November 2025
MVP launch
The web app shipped with niche-driven scripts, voice selection, and YouTube Shorts publishing on a schedule. First external users joined from Reddit and Twitter.
January 2026
TikTok publishing
Direct Post API integration with TikTok shipped alongside audit compliance. ShortsFast became dual-platform — the single schedule now pushes to both YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
March 2026
Viral quality pipeline
Rewrote the video pipeline around a 70%+ average view duration benchmark. Added style presets, Ken Burns motion, subtitle rendering, and music mixing calibrated to the faceless format.
April 2026
Honest comparison page + blog
Started publishing real earnings data and honest competitor comparisons. Goal: be the resource we wished existed when we were researching the category ourselves.
